Can I book a home visit?
Many professionals offer home visits, while others see patients only at their clinic. Each profile shows what is available.
Can I book a clinic visit?
Yes, where the physiotherapist offers clinic visits. Their profile shows the services and availability.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open My Bookings in your dashboard to manage a booking. The cancellation terms shown when you book apply.
How do I reschedule?
Online rescheduling is not available yet. You can cancel and book a new time, or message the physiotherapist from your dashboard.
How are professionals verified?
HCure reviews physiotherapist profiles before they are published. We are adding further verification steps in stages and will explain them here as they go live.
How do reviews work?
Ratings and reviews from patients appear on a physiotherapist's profile to help others choose.
How do I become a physiotherapist on HCure?
Choose Join HCure, register as a professional and complete your profile. HCure reviews it before it is published.
